To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our setup requirements below.

For Bartending the Host Provides:

  • Alcohol, beer, wine, and mixers
  • Ice (recommended: 1.5 lbs per guest)
  • Cups, napkins, straws, and garnishes
  • Bar area, table, or designated serving space
  • Access to water and trash receptacles
  • Any specialty ingredients requested for signature cocktails

We Provide:

  • Professional bartending staff
  • Basic bartending tools and equipment
  • Cocktail preparation and service
  • Bar setup and breakdown
  • Responsible alcohol service
  • Party assistance (if requested)
  • Friendly and professional guest interaction

Setup Requirements:

  • Bartender arrival: 30–60 minutes before guest arrival
  • Minimum workspace: 6-foot table recommended
  • Adequate lighting in service area
  • Easy access for loading and unloading supplies

Recommended Bar Quantities:

  • 1 Bartender: Up to 75 guests
  • 2 Bartenders: 75–150 guests
  • Party Assistant: Recommended for events over 30 guests
