For Bartending the Host Provides:
- Alcohol, beer, wine, and mixers
- Ice (recommended: 1.5 lbs per guest)
- Cups, napkins, straws, and garnishes
- Bar area, table, or designated serving space
- Access to water and trash receptacles
- Any specialty ingredients requested for signature cocktails
We Provide:
- Professional bartending staff
- Basic bartending tools and equipment
- Cocktail preparation and service
- Bar setup and breakdown
- Responsible alcohol service
- Party assistance (if requested)
- Friendly and professional guest interaction
Setup Requirements:
- Bartender arrival: 30–60 minutes before guest arrival
- Minimum workspace: 6-foot table recommended
- Adequate lighting in service area
- Easy access for loading and unloading supplies
Recommended Bar Quantities:
- 1 Bartender: Up to 75 guests
- 2 Bartenders: 75–150 guests
- Party Assistant: Recommended for events over 30 guests
