Sorting Process We carefully sort through the home’s contents. Items that are not suitable for sale will be separated for donation or disposal.
Preparation & Organization Our team organizes, cleans, and arranges all sale items for presentation. If we come across items of potential sentimental or unexpected value, we’ll check in with you before proceeding.
Event Setup We prepare the space using existing furniture and surfaces, and bring in additional display equipment when needed. We also tidy the sale area, remove unsellable items, and clean select pieces—such as furniture, dishware, or collectibles—when appropriate.
STAGE 3
Evaluation & Pricing All items are assessed and priced using tags, labels, or signage. A full inventory and pricing list will be provided after the sale. If specialized expertise is required, we may consult a professional appraiser at our expense. While we welcome your input, final pricing decisions are made by our team. We may also choose alternative selling methods, including off-site or auction options, if beneficial.
Marketing & Promotion We handle all advertising, including online listings and promotions through appropriate channels. Signage will be placed at the property and in surrounding areas where permitted.
Conducting the Sale Our staff manages the sale efficiently and professionally, keeping you informed throughout. Our goals are to sell as many items as possible while achieving the best overall return. We may negotiate with buyers or accept offers to meet these goals. You may set minimum prices for select items on the first day; after that, pricing may be adjusted to ensure full liquidation.
STAGE 4
Post-Sale Sorting Once the sale concludes, we can assist with removing remaining items.
Donations & Disposal Items can be donated or responsibly discarded based on your preferences.
Removal Services We offer hauling services to clear out anything left behind.
Property Cleanup The home will be left clean and ready for its next phase.
